Know Me
I'm a certified SOMA Breath® instructor with a focus on the science of breathing and its powerful effects on the nervous system, the mind, and the heart.
Through guided breathwork practices, I support people in activating heart coherence, reducing stress, and deepening their inner connection. Training the breath not only enhances physical and mental wellbeing — it also opens the door to emotional balance, clarity, and a more conscious, grounded way of living.
There was so much in my subconscious that was holding me back and I became aware of that in the session. It is truly healing. The combination of breathwork with music is very powerful.
